Acer Aspire V17 Nitro VN7-792G Acer care center

Hello i got a question i buyed this laptop in germany and i had win 10 installd i had ACC but i had 2 reainstall win 10 few days ago and now ACC sayd its not supported for this PC ... ofc i did not back up anything tho i got extra 3 partitions that i did not touch becouse i got no idea for what they are...i wanted ACC becouse my PC seams slow now ,,, for example before i reinstall i had 250 FPS in a game now i got 140 max ,,, i cant help it to think i did some thing wrong ,,,I tho that ACC could slove my problems i got drivers moust from WIN updater,,,, if any1 has a clue plz do share i found other post on vn7 921G that had same problem and he could not do a thing ... is it same for me ? im sorry about my eng its not first language,,,
