upgrading ram by adding one

Hi! i have aspire e1-570 with 4Gb ram (kingston) installed, but im planning to buy another one 4Gb also, i think this is suit for my notebook: Kingston Value RAM 4GB 1600MHz PC3-12800 DDR3L 1.35V Non-ECC CL11 SODIMM 1Rx8 Laptop Memory RAM . Is this okay? or compatible?

Thanks sir, by the way. after putting the new ram, do i need to adjust settings in BIOS? i never try to upgrade such ram.
