Acer V17 Nitro black stuck on boot

My laptop suddenly rebooted one evening and since then each time i try to power it on it shows the acer splash screen with the round loading icon spinning but no matter how long i keep it running it stays stuck on this same screen.

I can't get it to boot into safe mode.

I tried doing a system restore but it always fails at around 49%

I used the recovery command prompt to check my discs and memory and both checks show no issues.

I've removed all devices attached and usb/Cd's and reset the bios to default and nothing has helped so far.

I have googled to see if i can find any other advice but i seems a bit stuck and don't know what i can try next...

It's still under warrenty so i could sent it back to get checked but i just wanted to be very sure it's not a software issue or another issue i can solve myself before doing so. I was hoping somebody here would have an idea of what i could still do?

If a power-off cold boot won't resolve the issue, then arrange warranty service without delay. Jack E/NJ
