Aspire 5560G - Acer Repair Management corrupted

Hi All,

 

My acer repair management partition has got corrupted and now I cannot use this feature.

Can some one please let me know, how to get pass this error?

 

Also where from we can get the windows Key? because the current key that was provided cease to work for me.

Hi,

Are you using the key from the back of the laptop's label? If so, did you try validating by phone method?

I did try the phone option already, but since its a weekend all lines are closed... I will have to wait until tomorrow for this.

Any ideas on how to restore corrupted Acer Repair Management?

 

I see there is eRepair utility, which can be used but unfortunately it asks for SNID/ serial Number: When I enter the same in GUI, it says they cannot recognise the same. Irony here is I have already registered the same product in My acer Products

Are you trying to do a Factory restore? First of all, do a full backup of your system and important files to another external disk.
