Just purchased from Amazon. Unit has no Microsoft sticker with Windows 10 S/N, something never seen before. Win 10 boots but, when we try to activate it we get a screen that says:

Activation Windows is not activated
Product ID (a 20 digit ID number is shown)
Product Key (There are 20 characters in blocks of five. The first 20 are marked with an X. The last five has a combination of letters and numbers.)
We can't access Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn't used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C008.
We clicked Troubleshoot. we are able to access the Internet and an online troubleshooter runs. We get another error page that says:
Troubleshooting has completed
We can't continue troubleshooting as an unexpected error has occurred. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again. (ox80072efe).
You can also activate this device by going to the Store and purchasing a genuine copy of Windows.
The serial number for the specific computer is not recognized on Acer's support pages. It is ********************.
This makes us suspect that there was an error in manufacturing or that the specific computer has been tampered with. We would appreciate advice from Acer.
