Windows 10 creator update

Hi there, 

 

I have just bought an Aspire R11 and I managed to update to Windows 10 version 1607, but it won't let me update to the latest version 1703 because of lack of space in the disck. 

I tried to clear up space as I haven't added anything to the computer but the memory is almost filled up with stuff I cannot clear 14GB of system and over 9GB of "other" files I cannot locate or delete. i spent over an hour with Microsoft support trying to get the update  but no joy. They suggested to return the machine, which i don't want to do unless I absolutely must (i.e it can't ever be updated) because I love it.

Aspire R11 is not in ACER's list of devices ready for this new update. 

My question is, will the update be available for my device? and how can i find and delete some of these 9GB  of "other" files. Is there a way to move some stuff to the 64GB SD card I have added to the device for documents and media?
