Acer Aspire E1-571 Internet Issues and service problem

Please don't get help from these guys. I had the same problem about 4 weeks ago, talked with their support people and today i am sitting with a computer I can not use because of what their techincal support did. Suppose to send me a shipping label so I can send this to them for repair but after 3 supposedly sends I still have yet to receive it. These people have caused me CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE and all they can do is lie to me and keep putting me off by telling me they are sending this fantom lablel that has yet to arive.

 

I am disbled and am mainly housebound. I use my computer to earn a little extra income and because I did what the technician told me to do to fix my internet problem I have lost 3 months of work and have not been able to do any work for the last 4 weeks because I am sitting with an unusable computer. It won't even boot up now. The whole this is worthless as I can't even turn it on yet THESE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE people have done nothing to fix the problem THEY CREATED and have done nothing buy lie to me with every contact I have made with them.

 

I have pages and pages of notes that I took with each contact so believe me when I say be very cautious when following their instructions. If they screw up yoir computer be prepared to buy another one because these people WILL NOT HELP YOU ONLY HURT YOU.

 

Also according to every person I spoke to they do not have a supervisor to let me talk to, they can not give me any imformation on anything, corporate does not care and will NEVER talk to you, they do not have anyone to let you speak to that could resolve your problem, ACCORDING TO EVERYONE I SPOKE TO CORPORATE DOES NOT CARE WHETHER THEIR EMPLOYEE DAMAGED YOUR COMPUTER, YOU ARE BASICALLY *** AND WHEN ONE OF THEIR SUPERVISORS MADE FUN OF MY DISABILITY, WELL WHO CARES. So I wish you all the luck in the world if you get help from their inexperienced technicians.
