Drivers and controllers needed, lost after formatting hardrive

Greetings. I have an Acer Extensa with Win 7 and an Acer Aspire with Win 8. The Extensa developed a problem and I intended transferring the data to the drive of the Aspire. The Aspire drive was entirely formatted (ALL original info and disk partitions deleted) and Win 7 Professional installed form original disks. The Aspire reads the Win 7 both disk but the machines can not connect to each other or the the Net. The following drivers are missing and I can not find them anywhere:

- PCI Simple Communications Controller

- SM Bus Controller

- Ethernet Controller

- Base System Device

- Base System Device (not sure why, but two are listed)

- Network Controller.

Can anyone please assist with urgency, referring me to a source for these controllers / drivers.

Many thanks, PA

Clarification: Both machines read all hardrive data and only the Aspire is unable to communicate. Troubleshooting from Win7 on the Aspire points to those drivers and controllers missing, but fixes not applied due to inability to access the LAN and the WAN.
