New swift 5 was unable to register with s/n or SNID

Hi Acer team,

s/n or SNID did not find in the system, when I was trying to register online.

I could not send an email to your support team, because s/n or SNID was also required.

please advise me what to do next.

 

And this one was bought from your acer store! it should be genuine!!!
