My laptop (Acer Aspire E1-510 upgraded to W10) and tablet (Acer B1-770 running Android 5.0.1) are paired, but I can't send a picture from the laptop to the tablet; the laptop says that the tablet cannot receive files of this type. The laptop can't connect to the tablet. It asks for a WPS-PIN from the tablet to connect. The tablet will provide one to connect to the router, but that doesn't work to connect to the laptop. Also, the tablet can't find any nearby devices with Bluetooth ON. I tried updating the Bluetooth drivers on the laptop with new drivers from Acer, but the laptop insists that the best drivers are already installed and won't install the new drivers. It doesn't seem likely that the existing drivers are the best, since they are from Microsoft and dated June, 2006. However, I can send pix from the tablet to the laptop. How can I fix this? Thanks.
