I've looked at YouTube videos which appearently deal with other Chromebooks to factory reset but don't seem to find the proper procedures for the chrome book I'm using.

Does anyone know how to factory the reset acer chromebook c70 model zhn?

Thanks,

John

You could try the Powerwash procedure from the Settings/Advanced settings.  That restores all settings, removes all user accounts and data.

If that isn't good enough, you have a problem.  Acer support has no model "C70" in their public suppport database of Chromebooks.  The model needs to be absolutely correct for a full factory restore to work.

To get the correct model number, try using the serial number at Acer's Support site.

WIth that information you can use the Google Chromebook Recovery Utility. That installs the most recent factory firmware and software image for that model on it.
