Unable to load any os as it's not detecting any usb or usb cd drive in boot manager

OS must be 64 bit and USB flash drive must be have EFI compatible partition scheme and FAT32 formatted.
i suggest you to download OS iso and use Rufus to create a bootable USB flash drive, just apply the same settings as in Rufus website mainpage:
