Hi,I want to upgrade my laptop screen from 768p to 1080p,seeing another posts in this forum make me think this will probably work.
Through HWinfo64 I discovered that my screen is this one:

A local store in my country is selling this one:

It seems compatible, but what about the 2 lane vs 1 lane edp?will it work?
my notebook is a e5 571 52zk(brazil),it has no descrete gpu,only intel HD5500.

Hello,
The original FHD LCD panel is this one. It works with the same eDP cable as yours. You can also look at the compatible models listed in the webpage.
thanks for the reply, the model I suggested has better contrast than all the models on that list so I prefer to stick with it if it's compatible, and the cable seems to be the same,so that one should work right? If undertood you right, the e5-571 with full HD screen comes with a screen that has a 2 lane cable,so I should be ok using a eDP 2 lane on my pc,like the LP156WF4-SPB1.thanks in advance
Yes. Apparently the fastening holes have the same center distance.
All models of this series (E5-571 HD and FHD) are equipped/shipped with the same eDP cable.
