Acer Predator G3-710 (GTX 1070, i5-6400 8GB) keeps freezing while playing games

Hi, i bought a new acer predator G3-710 a month or so ago and since day one it has been freezing completely from time to time. Music thats coming from persay, spotify and the ingame sounds all just stop and i have to manually turn it off and on. The PC is also extremely hot from the back where all the cords go.

Is the model faulty and is there something i can do to fix this problem? I was wondering if the pc just has awful cooling inside wich makes it freeze itself in order to avoid overheating. The games ive played are overwatch and for honor with the latter being the one i experience most freezes on. It also occurs sometimes when just casually browsing the web.

Sorry but im not too keen on downloading random stuff off the web as im not really at all computer savvy and also rather paranoid. I think i'm going to try going for a reclamation. Thanks tho and sorry, if i change my mind i'll get back to it later.

please check your BIOS version:

windows logo key + r

type

msinfo32

check BIOS DATE/Version

if it's R02.xx

please update it to the latest A2 version

run flash.bat inside the WIN folder

It says that i have the "RO1-A4" version of it. Do i still need to run that flash.bat thing? Also could you please elucidate on what it'll do once run?

No, don't run it, you have a different version and it's already the latest.

Ugh, crashed again while i was about done with the audio download (This time a deafening electical buzz went off in my headphones) . Does audio really influence the PCs overall well being like that really? I also got the latest nvidia experience and drivers installed too. Everything should work just fine but it doesnt.

ok, if it crashed

download this tool, whocrashed:
http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe

before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
then install whocrashed and run it
click on Analyze
report here the result.
