Hi

I just noticed that bluetooth settings are missing from windows 10. It is also missing from device manager (even under hidden devices).

I recently connected an XBOX one s controller via bluetooth on 22-04-17 and it was working perfectly. Yesterday (23-04-2016) there were 2 windows updates. I am not sure if the issue started before the update or after. I have tried the following steps already, but nothing seems to help.

>>Started the bluetooth service in services and changed it to automatic

>>Uninstalled 2 recent windows updates

I cant find anything related to bluetooth in the device manager. It is as if there is no bluetooth adapter in the laptop. My wi fi is working fine. The only step remaining to try is to do a system restore or a factory reset. Before I do that, do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi. The issue was fixed automatically. I think the issue was due to a windows update.
