F5-573g-59aJ bios locked policy sucks and i need a solution NOW! Level 2 support please read it!

I just bought this beautiful laptop september at Fnac. I was in love with it ...
F5-573g-59aJ  !
But as far as i opened the bios panel my headache started!

[What] IS THIS? are you crazy acer or what?

I am an experienced user and i just CANT use capped laptop by software! This policy needs to be reverted and i want a solution right now!

i cant adjust ahci, i cant adjust virtualization, i cant adjust ANYTHING and it sucks! i tried support chat more than 3 times and cant get my answer!
How can i enter into advanced settings in bios menu? I NEED IT and WITHOUT IT THIS LAPTOP IS USELESS!
And dont come to say that " we dont have thius answer" yes you do! somebody programmed this way and is going to give me an way out!

And i dont care about warranty void because im graduated and i can fix any computer, laptop, hardware, software ! So no im not worried about warranty but  im going to use it to make you guys fix my problem! Because if it were out of warranty you would say ( its out we cant help), and now that its still covered you say ( we cant)..same answer ? no way i cant accept it!
I do pay acer to solve problems not to give me more! this locked bios is the worst bios software ive ever used!

MSI,Asus and other companies does not locks bios like this, it is a shame for acer that its locked this way! And i dont want to buy from the others, i want to keep using acer, but to be able to keep with you i need you guys to provide me an way to enter into the advanced tabe from a product that is mine.

Do you guys know what happens when you do it? your costumers do google for " bios mods" and do use fake methods to destroy their computers  just because you guys do have polices like these, transparency is the key to the trust!

So please fix my problem, send me an private email with an unlocked version of my bios to flash or instructions with key combinations that unlock my advanced menu. expert users do need freedom and i tought acer could give users the freedom they do reserve!

I felt like i was left behind by your live chat service today, more than 3 times  and no answer...always the same automatic useless way to talk about it...its a shame!


So all that said can you guys please fix it and send me an file or instructions to solve it and enable what is mine? im serious on it and i hope Acer does understands how bad is this policy and give me a way to access this menu that should be open by default and not capped by you....=(

So that said, re you going to solve it and provide me a solution? or should i just buy from other brands and forget acer for ever?

Your choice ! i hope we can continue love each other but sometimes you give me hard times =(

Please give me a way to enter into the menu that is mine and from an hardware and software that belongs to me ! Hope you do understand it and solve my problem. Ill be waiting!

    Well thanks for the answer Acer, also thanks to tell me that you would call me when you didnt...more than a week waiting and no reply...thank you. This was the last time i bought acer products.
