wich proccesors does a veriton m4610g support

currently i have a intel i 5 2300 

but it only clocks in @ 2.8  and with turbo 3.1 

the multiplier is locked so i can not overclock it to something like 3.2 

 

iam upgrading this machine and pussing it  to its limmit 

already upgraded the power suply to 580 whatss

and upgraded the graphics card to a msi gtx 660 ti oc 

also i added a ocz super fast ssd  harddrive 

and put a bleuray rom with the current dvd rom

also put a sound card in from my old pc

goth rid of the original ram and put 4 kingston hyper 4 gb ddr3 ram stick in it 

 

when i goth this pc it had 32 bit system installed but it clearly was a 64 bits machine  so installed w7 64  prof 

 

now iam looking for a k series proccesor or a proccesor that is at least 3.2 
the goal is  to reach a complete 7.9 windows index machine and its almost there  just the proccesor is at 7.4

 

that is why i want to upgrade it 
the cost are stil low because i bought the all the parts from a company that went down and the had a auction 

 

iam looking at a 2500 k or 2600 k but  i need to know for sure if it can do the job 

 

its a sandy bridge 1155 lga  socked

The only information I can provide is that the system you have includes the highest processor that we shipped with the system.  We shipped i3 and i5 processors.
