XB241H Screen Glitching/Black Screen/White Screen

Here's a list of things I've tried so far (from what I can remember off the top of my head)

-I've never had to clean the screen.

-I can tap a corner of the monitor gently and the image changes.

-The image will go back to original sometimes

-I've tried reinstalling graphics/monitor drivers

-I've tried power cycling (holding power button)

-I've tried different cables and types of cables

-I've tried different computers

-I've tried single and dual monitor setups

-I've tried restaring/powering down pc

 

I'm not sure what else to try here.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!  Thank you very much!

 

***Edit - Also tried GSync on and off

           -Different refresh rates also tried
