Aspire VN7-592G - irql not equal or less

Hi,

I recently bought a Aspire VN7-592G, straight from the dealer. I took some time before I used it and a problem with "irql not equal or less" soon came to show. I don't know much about computers and is therefor wondering if anyone here has experienced the same problem with this machine and knows where the problem may be. I think it's a combination between the wlan driver and a unknown one. The problem comes to show when I use internet and a big program at the same time, e.g. "Revit" from Autodesk. But may also accrue at different times.

I have tried using the automatic driver upgrade on the internet drivers, using Microsoft’s own options, without that seeing to have had any affect. Do I need completely uninstall and install the drivers? In which case, all of them?

ok, check if any drivers update is available.

windows logo key + x

device manager

click on network adapter

double click on the wifi adapter and click on update drivers.

if there's no update, please report your wifi adapter model.

before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
then install whocrashed and run it
click on Analyze

are you using ethernet LAN cable or wifi when those crashes happen?

any antivirus installed?

I'm nearly always using wifi, but yes it have only occurred when I have used wifi.

The only anitvirus installed is "Windows Defender"

Should the problem be solved now, and do you have an idea why it didn't update itself? could it be other drivers that is also not up to date?
