ACER LIQUID E700 not charging but battery is working (HELP)

My phone is not charging. It was plugged to the charger and at 30% but I noticed that the charging light is not on. I thought it was my charger that is damaged but I switched to a working charger but it is not charging. I tried to turn it off but it's still not charging when connected to the charger. I also noticed everytime I try to plug it to the charger, the blue light shows up but for only less than a second. The phone is still working but it just won't charge. I transfered my files to another phone while my phone still has its battery life. Now my phone is already on 0% and not charging. Is the problem with the usb port or the battery? Please help me asap. I tried to find solutions on the internet but I doesn't work. I also tried to update the system but I can't because my phone was below 40%.

i think it's better if you call Acer support service or you take your smartphone to a repair shop.
