Hello.

So I just bought a new ACER TC-780A Desktop.   The ACER specs are listed here:

https://www.acer.com/datasheets/2016/4871/TC-780/DT.B7YAA.002.html

Which says it has an Intel i5-7400 which is the new Kaby Lake processor.

My question is, does the ACER BIOS R02.A2 support the Kaby Lake Intel new features?

I think the BIOS shipped with the TC-780A does not, but I am not sure.

If the stock BIOS and latest BIOS R02.A2 do NOT support Kaby Lake, when will a BIOS be released that supports it?

Better quetions:  Does the motherboard on the TC-780A support Kaby Lake features with the proper BIOS?

    Additional info:

I ran benchmarks on my ACER TC-780A at:

And the report will shows the video being at the very bottom of comporable bench marks, like in the 8% range which is horrible.   This tells me that yes Kaby Lake features are NOT being used on this computer,ACER TC-780A.     Maybe a BIOS update will fix it but IF the motherboard does not supported it, BIOS update is a moot point.

Can someone from ACER please shed some light here?
