Acer Xg270hu Monitor İnput not support

i have xg270hu but sometimes i power on my pc and monitor says (input not support) i remove monitor power cable and i power on it works but what is the reason maybe dp cable i dont know  i connect my monitor acccell dp cable with my case please help i dont want to change my monitor

Sometimes monitors will get confused when trying to auto switch between inputs. So when you power your computer off the monitor will see that there is no longer anything on the port. I'll then try looking at another port for video, then look at the next, etc.. If it gets confused and stays stuck at a port when you turn your computer back on the port may not match the port your computer is using. There is usually a button on the monitor that will manually cycle through the ports to get you back to the one you want.
