My Acer Switch 12 discharged and wont charge or back turn on. (SA5-271-34US)

hey guys,
my switch 12 was on about 10 percent charge, when i turned it off. didnt charge it for about a day, then today when i pluged the charger, it didnt do nothing. all im getting is the 5 times blinking amber light. being charging for and hour now and nothing.
tried charging via usb c and it made no difference.
tried unpluging/pluggin the charger while holding the turn on button for 30 seconds, and nothing happend.
tried the same thing while pluggin via usb c charge (2.1 though) and nothing.
im assuming its running on residual power. what should i do? please help.
