My son has windows 10 on his Acer Aspire and it’s stuck on the blue automatic repair screen.  We’ve tried all of the troubleshooting options from restoring to a point before the computer began malfunctioning to trying to perform a clean install. I dont belive it came with a disk as windows 10 was already instialled.  The only troubleshooting option we didn't perform was the one were it stated only to do it if you were throwing the computer away.   Your feedback is truly appreciated.

you had to create your own USB recovery media, Acer care center normally triggers the recovery request, by the way, you can download a vanilla windows 10 version from Microsoft servers and create a bootable USB media or DVD

once done, you can try to repair your installation or do a clean install.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

Agree. If system was operating and setup with Microsoft worse case just use a working pc to create a install media with 4gb + flash drive from Microsofts website and Acer site for the drivers. Install Win10, then chipset driver, networking, video...then rest rebooting after each driver has been installed....chipset first please. No cd code is needed, just skip and log into your Microsoft account to reactivate.
