No problems (knock on wood)
Although I feel like it's going to take some work learning my way on using it.

When I bought it I assumed it operated (op system) like any Windows based PC. Uh. Not the case. I can't easily transfer (drag n' drop) files from my USB or old videos from a CD - I actually had to go to my local library which still uses DVD-ROM drives to lift off my old videos (.avi and .mpg format) to store on my Google Drive. Only the .mpg videos play so I'm not bothered.

Its almost like a culture shock. Not having bought a new computer since 1992 - every laptop I've had from 1995 to 2013 I either bought used or was given one by a family member. This new web based op system is interesting. Cumbersome but interesting. (no I'm not interested in sitting through some lame video tutorial. I'm not three years old). I'm figuring it out.

check the power button; perhaps that mechanism is what is faulty; take it to a repair shop;  odds are the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Try hardreset. Unplug the power cable. Hold the refresh button ( 4th key from the top row of keyboard ) and power button together for 10 - 15 sec.
