Help!! Where can I get a Windows 10 Recovery Disk for Switch One 10 SW01-011??

Dear All users,

I have used the Switch One 10 SW01-011 (64gb w/ 4GB ram) few months,
I decided reset the system then give it to my son for studying device.

However, the system needed recovery disk to do the factory restore,
then I found Acer support and service web,

they just provided BIOS update and other driver for download.

Unfortunately, I found the manual that mentioned the user should be create recovery disk when set the system from day one, but I haven't read this manual before setting the system, OMG!!!

So, Where can I get the Windows 10 Recovery Disk for Switch One 10 SW01-011??
Or, Who may share to me??

you can download a vanilla windows 10 version from Microsoft and create your own bootable installation USB media:

Acer recovery media

Also, I have other question for the device,

it is possilbe to connect rj45 ethernet usb adaptador to the device?

Actually, I have tried to connect AX88772A to both of mirco USB(Tablet) or USB(Keyborad) ports,

however, the system shown error (code 10) and I have install updated driver ,

so, I have no idea what's going on it or maybe the device doesn't support?

honestly i don't have experience with that kind of rj45 adapters but the first thing to do is to disable the wifi and then connect the USB adapter.

code 10 is a driver problem.

For error code 10 that I knew it is usb driver problem,

however, I checked the driver is final updated verison,

but the device BIOS is not update and the verison since ex-factory,

becuase I am afraid if failed BIOS update then the device cannot go out...

So,pls kindly advise if I update the BIOS then the problem will be solve or not,

i doubt a BIOS update will solve your issue.
