The round plug is very loose. Although it charges when it's in, it comes out easily. And based on what I'm reading, it sounds like it's not long until it stops working. What are my options?
You can lightly straighten the contact springs located on the inside of the DC-IN connector (laptop side).
Thank you, but can someone give me a little more info about what that means.
I think he wants you to push the clips/spring towards centre slightly with care.
Thanks so much for that pic.
You are welcome
Those clips in a metal enclosure in the DC power jack , so there's no access from inside, all you can do is from the out side with a small watchmaker's screw driver push those clips slightly towards centre without breaking, if you are not sure take it to a repair shop and they might fix it for you.
