Good morning all

This is a relative silly issue and I know I am going to kick myself but....

I have a brand new Acer Extensa X2610G

It has Windows 10 on but I need to reload it with Windows 7 as our company has a volume license.

When I boot off my custom Win 7 USB which works perfectly on other computers bieng prepped for service or whether I use a uncustomized DVD in a external or internal DVD Rom, I get the same issue.

Windows 7 loads and I land on the page where I need to change my country\language, only to discover that my USB leyboard and mouse do not work. The LED's respond but the keys do not work.

Now I suspect that both the USB and DVD do not contain the correct USB drivers which is the only thing i suspect could be wrong, but how do I point the OS at this point to the USB3 drivers?

Any suggestions?

Thanks
