acer aspire vx5-591 G 2,5 hard disk in the empty bay can't be added

Iam so quite disappointed I can’t put a HDD in the available HDD slot (no hardware or cabling

I want to install a 2nd HDD/SSD in the empty bay, the cable was not included
Can you please help us in this problem
