Acer Aspire One AO722 replacement battery registration

I own an Acer Aspire One AO722 SN LUSFT02175*** that I just purchased a replacement battery for, from Acer. I am trying to register the battery but no matter what number I type into the form I can not seem to register the battery.

The numbers on the battery are

F73

MFG Date 2015.07

BT00603114F29002A9B303

11.1 v  4.24 Ah 49 Wh

Li-ion 00

TIS2217 2548

Acer Computer

TZ32R1112

BO56R012-9002

AL10B31 (31CR17 C5-2)

Can you tell me why I am not able to register the battery?
