battery or AC power charger connected change the sound?

is it synced with HDD activity?

is more audible on a particular side of laptop?

At start it made this sounds when it wasen't connected to the charger and had low battery but now it does this noise even when it is connected at 100% battery.
Hmm how can I check synd with hdd?

I think its more audible behind the screen, but it can be an illusion.

    ok

    about the HDD, don't worry.

try this: increase and decrease screen brightness and check if the noise is more audible, if so, probably is the backlight inverter.

if your laptops is still under warranty, give Acer support service a call.

    So, it's not the monitor.

i can try to help you if you find a way to narrow where the noise come off.

at boot press F2 to enter BIOS, so you can check the noise without the HDD involved; then press Esc and click on YES to exit without saving changes.

I think its coming from somewhere between the psu plug and underneath where the screen is placed.

Does that guiding help out someway?

can be a bad capacitor or something else that cannot be fixed with a driver or by an user, this thing need to be serviced by a repair shop.
