Bluetooth QUALCOMM Atheros how to get drivers back.

couldnt get phone connected so uninstalled drivers of bluetooth now keeps saying best drivers there, yet there aren't any. or device manager lists only bluetooth usb module only the qualcomm is gone. had problems with them ever since upgraded to 10 windows

Hi,
Could you please go to Settings, Devices and click Bluetooth(left pane), check whether it's turned ON.
Let us know the laptop model as well please.
