Acer Aspire 7741G - Fix Windows 10 Brightness Control Not Working Issue

I have problem with fixing of brightness control issue in Windows 10. I have installed Catalyst Software and Graphic card is detected as Radeon HD 5000 which seems to be correct. Catalyst SW doesn't need any updare after update check.
Didn't find better solution so far than this ad-hoc solution found here:
1) Change brightness
2) Push Fn + F6 to turn off display
3) Push any key to turn on again.
No improvement with installing latest Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta from here...

I need to resolve this fully (without need of pressing Fn + F6).
