/ left speaker works just fine , but the speaker on the right doesnt work at all. aspire e 15

i  uy this laptop june last year. i dint  notice that the speaker doesnt work properly. my right speaker doesnt work at all. but on the left just fine. sometimes, both doesnt work

Hi,

Right click speaker icon in taskbar, select Sound, go to Playback tab, highlight Speakers, Properties, click balance and check whether right speaker level zero as in my snip, then increase it to match the left speaker. If it's OK, you need to send it for a service as the right speaker may be faulty or has loose cable connection.
