Upgrade my Apire AM3450-es10P

So i'm considering an upgrade and I'm not sure it's worth it, I do have modest gaming requirements. The latest games I have include Civ 5 and Simcity 2013, neither which will play except on min to moderate settings, their playable but the experience is limited, so if you could give me your 2 cents it would be appreciated.

FYI yeah I know it's and old computer but it has served me well up untill now.

Hi,

You can upgrade memory up to 16GB and get a small/medium size SSD for OS and use the current HDD for data,I can not think of anything else apart from these, BTW, I must congratulate you for successfully running Win 10 on this rig because many newer systems struggle to run Win 10
