after i got an analog tester from my friend, i open the tab and check the terminal of the battery onboard.. i got 4,4Vdc reading.. remove the batt. 0vdc on the board...read the batt. output out of the board it was 4.4vdc..  insert the USB and read the input on batt terminal without the batt,, it has a 4.2Vdc... its only means that the usb, when inserted to the tab it gives 4.2 vdc to power up or charge the tab... but why still the tab not charging and its like nothing happens???  also i charge the batt outside by using a batt charger for 10hrs now and when insert it to the tab still the same...

i already done the 3or4 fingers conbination to reset the tab still i get hang on blank screen or just a logo a few second then offf,, whould someone show me how to reset or reprogram this tab,,, plsss help.. pls some answer....

The charger voltage, IIRC, needs to be 5.35V in order to charge the battery. They call it 5V on the charger usually though. 4.2 and 4.4 are all too low.
