I have a brand new Aspire ES 17, which froze while installing Norton, how do I unfreeze?

I have a brand new Aspire ES 17, not even 24 hour old. It has froze when almost at the end of installing Norton security. How do I unfreeze it? Or should I return it?

Could you please try uninstalling Norton Security and see whether it freezes, Windows Defender will take care of the security while checking without Norton.
