how to install drivers for GN246HL?

im pretty sure i got all cables correctly in the  computer and monitor but my computer says it can only go to 60 hz and i dont know how to install drivers,when i download the latest drivers it just shows GN246HL.icm and GN246HL.inf and no installer. please help btw my skype is belowmy skype

    The drivers only identify the monitor as a GN246HL in Device Manager and does not affect the ability to change the refresh rate. This monitor supports up to 1920x1080 @120Hz, but the video card in the computer needs to support that resolution as well. Generally there is a utility on your PC for your video card, ie: Nvidia Control Panel, or AMD Catalyst, that you can use to set the refresh rate. If the video card you have supports 120Hz but you cannot access this setting, we suggest you contact the video card vendor for assistance.
