Hi, I got an acer A1-830 and I would like to know how to get the OS image for this tablet.

I check under the support driver and manual and don't have find it. Could you tell me how to get it.

    They typically don't put OS images up until they do an update. You should be able to contact support and see if they'll send you one though.

    Hi, I contact the support and they told me the image was not available for this model. So I still don't know what to do
