Unable to register product

Hi there,

I'm a new user and I was trying to register my product. I have the serial number and purchase date, but when I try to move forward I get an error stating my purchase date is in an incorrect format (mm/dd/yyyy) however, this is exactly how I entered the date. I noticed this problem has happened to others in previous discussions but I could not find a solution. Could anyone kindly advise?

    First/last name

    complete street address

    email address

    phone number

    serial number or SNID of the product

    date of purchase

     

    We can then register it for you in our support database and if you ever need support, your information will be available.
