Aspire Z3-615 Keeps Crashing

My Aspire Z3-615 is constantly crashing.  It started at maybe once a week and is now crashing several times per day. I have to hard re-set the computer everytime it happens.  To describe the crash, I can be on any software (i.e. Excel, Chrome) and the system just locks ups with the litte circle cursor spinning.  Once I try to click on something else, that is when the circle cursor stops spinning and I have to re-set. Also, it crashes if the computer is left on for a while with no activity (Say an hour or so).  

 

I tried factory re-setting the system and that didn't work either.  I am at a loss.  Not sure if this is hardware driven or softeware driven.  Any help/insight would be great.  Bought the computer in Sep 2014. I really like this computer other than this issue and I don't want to go an buy a new one.

    download this tool, whocrashed:
    http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe

    before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
    delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
    then install whocrashed and run it
    click on Analyze
    report here the result.

    Conclusion



    3 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

    ok, let's start to check if HDD has some errors:

    windows logo key + x

    choose Command prompt (administrator)

    type

    chkdsk c: /f

    press enter

    say yes to the prompt and restart your PC and let the system to the check, look if any error is reported.

     

    if it's ok, once rebooted to windows:

    windows logo key + x

    choose Command prompt (administrator)

    type

    SFC /scannow

     

    and look if any error is reported.

    1st scan ran fine and the 2nd scan took about 5 tries (the system kept freezing)  before completing with the following "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

    ok, let's check the ram

     

    windows key logo

    type

    memory

    click on windows memory diagnostic

    click on restart now

    then choose standard as test mix and let windows test your ram

     

    report if any error is found

    I ran the scan and I didn't get any reports back after the restart.
