HI, my mother in law has an Iconia One purchased in July ans it won't charge.

I've had a look and it seems like the usb connector is loose.

Is this a known issue with this product and will I need to send it off for repair?

Thank you.

i don't know if it's a know issue but i suggest you to contact Acer support service.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

I had the exact same problem.

I fixed it by buying an extension charging cord for android tablets.

Not only is the cord longer, 6 ft instead of the 3 ft that came with it, it plugs into my tablet snuggly with no looseness or wiggling. Works perfect and now when it needs charging I am not 3 ft from the wall.

Amazon sells them 6 ft or even 10 ft long, and they are reasonably priced too.

Just make sure to buy a strong, well made, reliable one.

There are a lot of cheaply made products out there, that could harm the tablet if they short out.
