As i mentioned before, this error appeared after i have updated from acer live update. whenever i try to send ussd code to get information my acount by phone, it appears instead of my replying message. however, it just appeared when i was using sd card to work in internal mode. i also format factory, but it also appears whenever i am using sd card in internal mode. my sd card is sandisk sdxcuhs-i 64 g speed up to 48 mb/s. thank for your help!

ok, if you are still under warranty, i suggest you to contact Acer support service to highlight this issue, probably is a bug.

it's better if you try a factory reset, backup your personal data first:

 

settings/backup & reset - factory data reset
