pathetic service & product

Dear Acer Team,

   I am fad up with acer laptop. after giving several complaint my laptop is not getting replaced or repaired, I don't understand what to do.

   still i am facing the same issue which i have launched 1st time.

1) when i switch on the laptop long beep sound is coming

2) sometime touch pad is not working

3) few keys are not working.

 

1st time my laptop was with your service centre for 1 month, after that more then 3 time your engineer came to my place, they always its key board problem, they have changed key board twice but problem is not yet resolved.

 

last compliant  no. is 3****, job card no. is 2****.

    Get the repair centre to replace mainboard, keyboard and uppercase cover with touchpad.
