v5 spreaker problems

hi 

im a newbie. anyone else having problems with their speakers? i find that if watching a film/video for first 30 minutes it will be low so volume has be increased.  after those first 30 minutes the sound kicks in out of nowhere. not sure if its to do with windows update or if its just my computer? i have a v5-573p

Hi,

It could be the loose speaker cable, if you can open it up, please check it otherwise, take it to a repair shop and checked ed by a technician.

Could you check the Sound driver version in Device Manager and post, whch version of Windows are you using?

EDIT: If you need the driver, download from here:http://www.macrium.com/webtutorial/tutorial.asp

You could also roll back to the previous driver, go to Device manager, right click the sound(Realtek) driver, properties and click Roll Back(if it's not greyed out).

using windows 10. realtek audio version 6.0.1.6909  is apparently working properly

Hi,

Go to Playback devices(right click speaker icon in Taskbar), highlight Speakers, select Properties, untick Acer TrueHarmony and see how it fares.

i have dolby not true harmony. anyway i unticked that, and press the test button a few times. there's defintely an issue with my right speakers, it is sometimes distored
