vn7-572g battery sudenly stao working

Hello groupe. Got my Aspire v since 10 month now. It was not always a dream to use, sereval graphic issue but we manage to come along quit well. Since 1 week now, my computer dont want to power-up on battery. Plug in, no problem. Windows 10 show the battery at full 100% charge, but when i disconnect the wire, all close instantly. I did check forum. First i try the reset button method. No luck. I did try to uninstalle the battery driver and reinstall it. No luck there either. i cannot drain the battery since its not detected. The only thing i can see is a windows 10 update but there no way i can return prior to this update, seems like i forgot to add save to task manager... (throw rock now). Im looking for a hint or a solution. Thx for your time
