E5-551G-F57 KEYBOARD PROBLEM

HELLO,

I HAVE BOUGHT MY LAPTOP LIKE 1 YEAR AGO, UPDATED IT FROM WIN.1 TO WIN10 SOME MONTHS AGO AND ALWAYS HAD THE PROBLEM THAT AFTER BOOTING IT THE FIRST CLICK I DID WAS REPEATED LIKE 100 TIMES, I FOUND A SOLUTION FOR IT BY JUST STARTING THE TASKMANGER FIRST, SO THE REPEATING DIDNT HAPPEN ANYMORE CAUSE I JUST LEFT THE TASKMANGER OPEN ALL THE TIME.

BUT NOW THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM, I CANT USE SOME KEYS ANYMORE (6,8,9 shift) SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO USE THE VIRTUAL KEYBOARD FOR THAT.

FURTHERMORE SOMETIMES IT JUST CLICKS ON THE LAST FILE OFF A FOLDER EVENTHOUGH I CLICKED ANOTHER FILE.

THINGS I HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ON MY OWN;

=RESETT THE COMPUTER (UNINSTALL ALL APPS BUT KEPT MY FILES)

=UPDATED MY ANTIVIRUS

=UNINSTALLED THE KEYBOARD DRIVER ( STANDARD PS2 KEYBOARD)

=TURNED OFF MY LAPTOP,REMOVED THE BATTERY AND PRESSED THE POWER OFF BUTTON 30SECONDS

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

THANKYOU

    Sounds like you have a hardware issue with the keyboard. You can get these types of symptoms if something gets between the layers of the keyboard membrane (liquid, dirt, food, etc.) or any of the membrane traces get damaged. I don't know how easy of a fix it would be on your model, it might be easiest to buy a replacement keyboard for it rather than trying to disassemble yours (some aren't assembled with disassembly in mind, they don't use screws, just press fit plastics). Either way it'll have to come off and maybe get taken apart after removal.
