PCI device driver Windows 10 are not installed on Aspire V5-571G

I tried to make a thread for this earlier, but I mistake on the driver name. So I'll try this again.

Windows can't identify the manufacturer my PCI device driver, but I got the Hardware Id for it (PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5289&SUBSYS_528910EC&REV_01) and a Google searchh told me that it's a Realtek PCIE Card Reader, but I tried downloading that from Realtek website and also from the Acer website and still get that same error in Device Manager.

My laptop model is Aspire V5-571G. The driver details in Device Manager are as follows:

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

And it says that the manufacturer is unknown.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the links.

I had to disable Windows Defender's Realtime Protection because it was saying there's a virus and had deleted it the first time (I've done a registery edit to turn on PUP and PUA protection). I'll need to know the name of the .exe so I can added to Windows Defender's exclusions.

Anyway, what should I do with my proxy and connection settings? There's either a problem there or in my internet connection itself because setup is having trouble connecting to the server to download the files needed.
