e5-574 won't turn on

everything i've seen talks about removing the battery and holding down the power button, but i don't see anywhere to remove the battery. it worked last night but when i went to turn it on today there were no lights on it and it wouldn't turn on at all. the power source i've tested and is working just fine, too. i've even tried it at another outlet just to make sure. i've only had it a few months ??

    That would apply to models that have a user accessible battery. The E5-574 does not have a user accessible battery so that would not work for you. If the system has no lights, fan noise or display we recommend it be checked by Acer's repair location. Please contact support at 800-816-2237.     if i had a working phone i would make a call, however i'm currently without cell service and only have a mobile device going on wifi.
