Hello is my charger faulty (when plugged in ) if i heard a high pitch sound while on a video?

The sound stop's as soon as i take the charger out.

     Update on my issue

    Steps  i have tested to see what the issue could be

     

    I put my laptop on a cooling pad while charging the laptop and the sound goes

     

    I put my hand on the side of the laptop where the sound comes out and it feels warm and it has got more warm since i have had the laptop( surely not normal)

     

    When playing a video as i mentioned above i paused the video the sound went and came back when i unpause the video (same thing happens with sound)  

     

    Surely it must be the charger? it makes a sound like a blowing kind as well.
